Return Policy
- Please email us first before returning any item to obtain the return address.
- All products must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging.
- Return shipping fees must be paid by the buyer.
- For any item sent with free shipping, the buyer must still cover the return courier fee.
Returnable Items
- Items that are faulty, damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.
- Items received in the wrong size or color.
- The item must be unused, in working condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are for the buyer.

Dimensional Tolerance: A minor variance of 1‑2 cm in product dimensions is considered normal due to manual measurement and manufacturing processes.
These minor differences are not classified as product defects, are considered normal, and are not covered under warranty – nor do they qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If you are unsure about a product's color, finish, or exact size, we highly recommend visiting our showroom to view the item in person before purchasing.
