Return Policy


We aim to offer services that benefit all our customers. We hope you are satisfied with every purchase. In certain circumstances, you may wish to return items. Please read our return policy below; we will do our best to assist you.

  • Please email us first before returning any item to obtain the return address.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging.
  • Return shipping fees must be paid by the buyer.
  • For any item sent with free shipping, the buyer must still cover the return courier fee.

Returnable Items


Items may be returned, refunded, or exchanged within the warranty period if they meet the following criteria:

  1. Items that are faulty, damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.
  2. Items received in the wrong size or color.

We have a 7-day return policy: you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Every purchased item is fully tested in-store before shipping to ensure it is 100% working.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in working condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are for the buyer.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return address and instructions.

Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues


Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

All damages caused during delivery must be checked upon receipt. Once signed for, we are not responsible for later reported damages.

Note on Product Images, Colors & Dimensions

We make every effort to display product colors, finishes, and sizes as accurately as possible through our online images and descriptions. However, please note the following:

  • Color Variation: Actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, screen calibrations, lighting conditions, and natural material variations (such as wood, metal finishes, crystals, or fabrics).

  • Dimensional Tolerance: A minor variance of 1‑2 cm in product dimensions is considered normal due to manual measurement and manufacturing processes.

These minor differences are not classified as product defects, are considered normal, and are not covered under warranty – nor do they qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you are unsure about a product's color, finish, or exact size, we highly recommend visiting our showroom to view the item in person before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items burned, physically damaged, or damaged by power surge/lightning.
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges


To receive a new item, you must first return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds


We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
